Neuro-Me Discovery Program
Affirming education and support for those who are on a journey of self-discovery after identifying autism and/or ADHD.
Explore your unique neurodivergence in a safe space, unravel the complexities of interacting within a neurotypical world, and uncover ways to work with your brain, rather than against it!
The Neuro-Me program is delivered by a qualified Allied Health Professional and can be complemented by a Therapy Assistant and/or Mentor.
Programs are typically around 10 sessions, but some people like to continue working with their team after the program topics have been covered.
