Affirming education and support for those who are on a journey of self-discovery. Explore your unique neurodivergence in a safe space, unravel the complexities of interacting within a neurotypical world, and uncover ways to work with your brain, rather than against it!

The Neuro-Me program is delivered by a qualified Allied Health Professional and can be complemented by a Therapy Assistant.

We acknowledge that neurodivergence is an "Umbrella" term that encompasses many different neurotypes and diagnoses. At Sunny, our lived-experience is in the space of autism and ADHD, so this is what we speak to.
