Sunny is a fee-for-service provider (i.e. we don't receive government funding).
We can support:
Private paying clients
Self-managed and third-party-managed NDIS plans (if applicable)
We are not a registered NDIS provider at this time, so we can't work with agency-managed plans or clients who have restrictive practices in place.

Travel:
Travel charges apply to home/community visits up to a maximum of 30 minutes each way at the relevant hourly rate (from our Salisbury office). We reduce fees wherever possible, for example if the relevant staff member lives local to you. If multiple clients are seen on the same day, travel charges are split evenly. We do our best to quote as fairly and as accurately as possible. (We are legally obliged to pay our staff for their time travelling).
Cancellations
There is a 2 day cancellation policy. The full fee will be charged for sessions cancelled with less than 2 days notice. If possible, we will complete other work for you during this time so that your money isn't wasted. As most clients have regular timeslots it is not usually possible to book someone else in as a once-off, so we need to charge for the time so that we can pay our staff.
