MINECRAFT GROUP

A therapeutic social group for those who love being immersed in a pixelated universe. Join us to build on your social communication, emotional regulation and wellbeing while journeying through a specially designed Sunny Spectrum server, where you can choose your next adventure!

Our person-centered approach intertwines the realms of Minecraft, CBT, DBT
and our Neuro-me framework. Engage in the artistry of virtual blocks as we utilize mindfulness strategies within the Minecraft universe. Neuro-connect social groups create a safe space for Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people to explore their identity and make connections with likeminded people. Perfect for those who are late-identified as Autistic who want to meet people with similar experiences and support each other. Led by peer mentors, our groups can help you foster friendships, engage in uplifting conversations, and celebrate the strength and resilience of people within you and the wider Autistic community.

STUDY DOUBLE: BODY DOUBLING AND SUPPORT GROUP

Here, we provide a supportive environment that celebrates neurodiversity and empowers individuals to achieve their goals. Whether you're a student, professional, or lifelong learner, our group is dedicated to helping you stay focused and productive.

Through techniques like body doubling, mutual accountability, and the exchange of effective study strategies, we foster a culture of collaboration and progress. Join us and discover a space where you can thrive, no matter your age or neurodiversity.

SUPPORT GROUPS

NEURO-PARENTS

Neuro-parents is a support group for Autistic or otherwise neurodivergent parents of Autistic kids. We offer a calm environment in which to share your parenting experiences and support each other. Led by social worker Tamsin Dancer, a fantastic Autistic and ADHD parent of neurodivergent kids and and co-facilitated by our Autistic office admin Susan Williams.

We use a holistic and inclusive approach to well-being and our therapeutically informed and supervised groups are designed by our team of Allied Health Professionals, and implemented by Therapy Assistants and Peer-Mentors.

 

We embrace a variety of modalities, including sensory-friendly activities, mindfulness, and group discussions that celebrate the unique strengths within our community. Our sessions are a safe space for exploration and self-expression, fostering a sense of belonging and building skills, empowering each individual to navigate their neurodivergent journey with confidence. Join us for an enriching experience where authenticity, understanding, and connection take centre stage.
