Travel:
Travel charges may apply to home/community visits up to a maximum of 30 minutes each way at the relevant hourly rate (from our Salisbury office). We reduce fees wherever possible, for example if the relevant staff member lives local to you.
Additional kilometre charges apply for client transportation.
As the majority of our staff are employees, we are legally obliged to pay them for their time travelling between clients. If multiple clients are seen on the same day, travel charges are split evenly (in line with NDIS guidelines). We do our best to quote a fairly and as accurately as possible.
